USDA recommends at least 5 Fruit and Vegetable servings daily. I cooked this Red and White Beans, Bailey, Taro, Purple, Orange and Yellow Sweet Potatoes today. It was so so yummy! I should have put some green beans but I forgot to do so, otherwise it would be perfect. I remember that is a comedian said this before " if you too busy to eat 5 colors daily, you can have M&M chocolates" :)
