I always wanted to make this Swiss Roll. I thought it was very hard to make one until I tried them out. It's not really bad.

Mother's Day!
I had a great mother's day this year. Kate did some presents for me. The sweetest part was she had me to close my eyes then open my eyes, she said " surpise!!! mommy" :) We went to a Japanese Ramen shop to celebrate. James got me a box of chocolate and a very pretty card.
